Today I ran.
I was in NYC, and according to my HRM I ran 1:12:44.

47:23, then 2:41 (I think I had to stop and stretch), then 22:40.
As best as I can recall I went through Central Park, and then came out at what I was hoping was the 80’s but it was really 72nd St. And then I had to go to 128th! I ran by the Met, the Guggenheim. And this little bird was flying low to the ground and flew right into the inside of my left ankle!! He was fine, flew right away.
It was hot as hell.
